The James E. Rogers College of Law at the University of Arizona is expanding its JD program to offer an accelerated JD for foreign lawyers (JDAS - JD with Advanced Standing). Foreign lawyers who apply to the program have two options (tracks):
1) A 2-year JDAS that is designed primarily for persons who have received their first (university level) law degree from a university outside the United States; and
2) A 2 to 3-semester JDAS for those who, in addition to holding a foreign law degree, have successfully completed an LL.M. program from an ABA-accredited law school.
