On February 4th and 5th, 2016, the Presidential Council of Competitiveness and Innovation of Costa Rica (Consejo Presidencial de Competitividad e Innovación), the Costa Rican Central Bank (Banco Central de Costa Rica) and the Ministry of Economy, Industry and Commerce of Costa Rica (Ministerio de Economía, Industria y Comercio) co-hosted NatLaw’s two-day capacity building session on the recently enacted Costa Rican secured transactions law.
